Brian Silfies has over 13 years experience helping people like you achieve success in their fitness and weight loss goals. You will look better, feel better, andmove better than you thought possible, by committing to a program that includes nutrition, resistance, and functional training and conditioning. 

The results you will see from other clients on this site range in age, gender, and body type. You can make these same kinds of changes through the help from a professional fitness coach, like Brian and his team of excellent coaches.

Brian has five certifications and a BS in physical education with a concentration in Fitness and Rehabilitation from Plymouth State University. The methods are proven and we guarantee you will get results. Furthermore, we promise to keep continuing education a priority in order to provide each and everyone of our clients with the most effective training strategies available. In addition we will continue to give you a clean, safe environment,
that is fun to come to every day.

Jeremy Woodward:
Specialist in Weight Loss

Jeremy holds a third degree black belt in Combined Kempo Karate, as well as, a black sash
in Kung Fu. Jeremy obtained his Personal Training Certification through AFAA(Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in 2003.  

Jeremy has since begun HIGHPOINT FITNESS Personal Training, LLC.  He is living his dream of sharing his passion with others.  His energy, experience, and love for fitness can motivate anyone! Remember, "Live Life to the Fittest!"

Diane Begin
Specialist in Post-Surgery & Arthritis
Diane has experience with athletes, stroke victims, children with dsypraxia, clients with osteoporosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, those recovering from sports injuries, accidents or surgeries and those living with and fighting diseases such as cancer; Hep C, heart and vascular disease to name a few. She enjoys a challenge and will work with her clients to painlessly regain strength and mobility. She has taught senior and arthritis classes.

Diane has attended Fitchburg State College, The Salter School, Quinsigamond Community College, and  as recently as this year, Mount Wachusett Community College as well online classes. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Arthritis Foundation. She welcomes clients of all ages, abilities and challenges. 

I was drawn to Brian's 1:1 Fitness Center by Diane's Arthritis Foundation certification. Working with Diane
has been and continues to be a fulfilling experience. 
My accomplishments have superseded my expectations, largely due to Diane's encouragement and expertise. The 1:1 Fitness Center is a great environment, especially for someone like me who was intimidated by the larger gyms. I am grateful for the increased confidence, agility, strength, and endurance.

Marylin "Buffy" Hickey
Specialist in Human Movement
Buffy is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan.  She has lived in Concord since 1991 and is excited to be working at Brian’s One 2 One Fitness.

She graduated from Central Michigan University with B.S. degree in Parks and Recreation.  She moved to NH to pursue a Nordic ski racing career and was a member of the American Marathon team for 2 years and the Us Marathon team for one year.  Having always been fitness-minded, she returned to school to pursue Kinesiology (Exercise Science) at the University of NH and received a Master’s Degree.  She is certified with NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association).  While working on her Master’s Degree, she worked at Body by Bags to gain much needed assistance with strength training since her thesis was a strength training protocol.

"For years, I avoided the gym, and hated to exercise. Now, I hate missing a session. Buffy makes our workouts both challenging and fun. She has helped me improve with stamina, strength and specific challenges.  Buffy’s sense of humor and constant encouragement push me to try

Vicky Rosenberg
Specialist in Corrective Exercise
Vicky Rosenberg worked as a registered nurse
from 1978 to 1982 when she became a stay at home mother raising four boys.  She has been involved in fitness and weight training for over twenty years and on July 17th 2005, she received her certified fitness trainer certificate from the International Sports Science Association.

Vicky strongly believes in the benefits of exercise and especially weight training.  She will provide
a personalized, non-threatening, program for you
with careful attention to your goals and desires.  Vicky likes dealing with clients in a low pressure
and supportive manner, while still helping them make steady progress towards improving their strengths, body tone and self-esteem.

Sean Snow
Sean is a two time Hawaiian Ironman Qualifier and finisher. He is a ten year certified spin instructor and five time USA Triathlon All-American. He specializes in designing triathlon/running programs for athletes whose abilities range from first timers
to expert level.  His is also available for one on
one training sessions and private group spinning classes.  His philosophy is quite simple, "Dare to Dream-Start to Finish."

of activities, this year I qualified for the World Triathlon Championships. I attribute this accomplishment to ONE thing....Sean Snow and S2 Coaching!! Jay Hauser
Jay Hauser has been around sports his entire life.  Jay, originally from Concord, grew up playing sports which lead him to the New Hampton School where he was a standout athlete in both soccer and baseball.  After New Hampton, he continued as a student-athlete playing baseball while attending college in South Carolina. It was during this time that he fell in love with sports conditioning and developed an interest in coaching. He returned to New Hampshire and received his Bachelor’s of Science from Colby-Sawyer College. After college, Jay continued with his love for sports and team training by coaching at the high school and collegiate level As a Strength & Conditioning coach, Jay has worked with many teams including the Empire Junior Monarchs, Rivier College Men's and Woman's Soccer teams, Fisher College Men's basketball team; as well as many local high school athletes.

Jay’s experience and enthusiasm will help you reach any of your fitness goals. Jay is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Josh Fisk
Josh Fisk is a Sports Performance Coach Certified by USA Weightlifting Coaches’ Certification Program. 

Josh moved to New Hampshire from Pennsylvania where he was an elite high school wrestler, earning two State Medals and a High School Senior National Championship.  He received scholarships and wrestled Division I for four years before moving to New Hampshire to acquire his BS Degree at Plymouth State University in Physical Education with a focus in Applied Health Fitness.  Before leaving Pennsylvania, Josh was an assistant coach for Lycoming College and Team Python Freestyle Wrestling Club.  He is a certified USA Wrestling Coach. 

In addition to working as a trainer at the ATC and Brian’s One 2 One Fitness, Josh is currently the
head wrestling coach at Bow High School.

Stuart Kremzner
Stuart Kremzner, MS, CSCS  Has been coaching/training athletes and personal training for 19 years. He attended University of New Hampshire as an undergraduate then University of Montana
for his masters in exercise physiology. When at
UM he focused on the physiology of endurance exercise. After his masters he continued his studies in neuro-muscular physiology, applied physiology, and biomechanics with a focus on sport specific speed/power development and sport injury prevention.  Professionally Stuart directed and started up several of the Nation’s premier sports training/sports medicine facilities in Utah and Illinois. During his tenure there he trained  elite/Olympic, professional, college, junior, and masters athletes. In addition he was on the faculty at Weber State University where he taught exercise science. 

Stuart loves to keep the fitness/training process fun and interesting. It is  important to have well defined goals. With a well designed and implemented program the sky is the limit for one's potential,
it just takes time and  quality work.   Stuart has developed  excellent  skills  for improving movement mechanics/ technique, whether it is improving running efficiency or a soccer kick.  Stuart also has a extensive background in “bridge” training programs i.e. working with athletes transitioning from  physical therapy rehabilitation
to full sport performance.  

Stuart's Certifications include: NSCA CSCS, Aquatic Physical Therapy Certified,  Frappier Acceleration Bridge Rehabilitation Certification, Frappier Acceleration Director Certification,  USSF Soccer
D License, NENSA Level II Coach. 

Stuart is an avid athlete, in college he was on the National Championship cycling team for UNH, his main passion  now is nordic ski racing where he is
a top ranked masters skier.  Stuart and his wife
live in Bow, NH where they have two sons.

Maryellen Jancsy
Specialist in Resistance, Stretching Fitness
Maryellen Jancsy joined Brian’s Fitness in March, 2008. With her she brings a set of interesting and diverse fitness experiences to our team. She has taught group strength and balance fitness classes at all levels including older adults for five years, Yoga for two years, and has performed personal training since 2002.

She has also directed the fitness program at a large health club for three years. She was certified as a Personal Trainer by NIEDA in 2002, and ACE in 2007. She holds a 4th degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and has been a Martial Arts instructor at Body Works Martial Arts since 1999. She will be completing her degree in Exercise Science in 2008.

Maryellen’s interest in designing customized fitness programs for clients with particular goals aligns well with the Brian’s Fitness philosophy. She welcomes all individuals of all fitness levels who are seeking a way to enhance their fitness, and improve their functional capability.

Dustin Rose
Specialist in Fitness
Dustin attended Keene State College and received his bachelor’s degree in Safety Studies and moved to concord in 2008 to pursue a career in environ-mental safety, but soon found that it was not his passion. 

Dustin has always played high school sports, loved the gym, working out and all the benefits it brought to his life and decided to pursue a career in Personal Training where he recently created Dustin’s Fitness Solutions LLC, to passionately help individuals obtain the benefits of being fit.

Dustin has his personal fitness certification through the International Sports Training Association and believes in the importance of combining weight training, cardiovascular training and a balanced
diet to help his clients effectively achieve their personal fitness goals in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.

Erin McMyne
Specialist in Fitness
Erin McMyne joined our team in September 2009 with an ACE personal training certification. She
also holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and a Master of Education degree, both from the University of New Hampshire.

Erin has lived an active life and has always seen
the importance in improving one’s overall health. Consequently, she has started EM2 Training, LLC in order to help others make successful gains in their health, fitness, and ultimately their wellbeing. She draws from her own personal experience and her immense knowledge base of the human body with regard to exercise and nutrition.

Erin believes that a physical challenge not only strengthens the body, but also the mind. With her professional support, you can achieve a new sense of confidence and determination that will extend into other aspects of your life – and of course a body to be proud of!
