Brian Silfies has over 13 years experience helping people like you achieve success in their fitness and weight loss goals. You will look better, feel better, andmove better than you thought possible,
by committing to a program that includes nutrition, resistance, and functional training and conditioning.
The results you will see from other clients on this site range in age, gender, and body type. You can make these same kinds of changes through the help from a professional fitness coach, like Brian and his team of excellent coaches.
Brian has five certifications and a BS in physical education with a concentration in Fitness and Rehabilitation from Plymouth State University. The methods are proven and we guarantee you will
get results. Furthermore, we promise to keep continuing education
a priority in order to provide each and everyone of our clients with
the most effective training strategies available. In addition we will continue to give you a clean, safe environment,
that is fun to come
to every day.

Jeremy Woodward:
Specialist in Weight Loss
Jeremy Woodward is the owner of HIGHPOINT FITNESS LLC, a Personal Training business located at One 2 One Fitness in Concord, NH. Jeremy has been involved with athletics and fitness training much of his life. He has been involved with Martial Arts Training for almost 17 years and is studying to earn his 5th degree Black Belt in Combined Kenpo Karate and holds a Black Sash in Kung Fu.
Jeremy has endured two open heart surgeries and both times to have his Aortic Heart Valve replaced. In 2010 Jeremy was a FINISHER of the Ford IRONMAN Triathlon in Lake Placid, NY. He was also a top fund-raiser at the IRONMAN with over $200,000 raised for his charity, The New Hampshire Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. In October of 2010, Jeremy was 1 of 25 athletes from around the world selected as a 2010 Medtronic Global Hero.
Live Life to the Fittest®
"Live Life to the fittest" is Jeremy's way of life and now mine. He developed a balanced workout that works best for me all centered around my core. I had spinal surgery years ago and kept re injuring myself. I am now grateful for researching the One 2 One Fitness Center and have

Marylin "Buffy" Hickey
Specialist in Human Movement
Buffy is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has lived in Concord since 1991 and is excited to be working at Brian’s One 2 One Fitness.
She graduated from Central Michigan University with B.S. degree in Parks and Recreation. She moved to NH to pursue a Nordic ski racing career and was a member of the American Marathon team for 2 years and the Us Marathon team for one year. Having always been fitness-minded, she returned to school to pursue Kinesiology (Exercise Science) at the University of NH and received a Master’s Degree. She is certified with NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association). While working on her Master’s Degree, she worked at Body by Bags to gain much needed assistance with strength training since her thesis was a strength training protocol.
"For years, I avoided the gym, and hated to exercise. Now, I hate missing a session. Buffy makes our workouts both challenging and fun. She has helped me improve with stamina, strength and specific challenges. Buffy’s sense of humor and constant encouragement push me to try

Vicky Rosenberg
Specialist in Corrective Exercise
Vicky Rosenberg brings to fitness training a back ground in nursing. She is an RN and a Fitness Trainer. She became certified through ISSA (International Sports Science Association) in June of 2005. In 2010 she became certified through the Functional Movement System (FMS). The FMS has taught Vicky how to evaluate her clients through a seven-step movement pattern. The FMS identifies movement limitations and asymmetries providing information for a custom work-out designed just for you.

Sean Snow
Sean is a two time Hawaiian Ironman Qualifier and finisher. He is a ten year certified spin instructor and five time USA Triathlon
All-American. He specializes in designing triathlon/running programs for athletes whose abilities range from first timers
to expert level. His is also available for one on
one training sessions and private group spinning classes. His philosophy is quite simple, "Dare to Dream-Start to Finish."

Tiffany Soper
Specialist in Fitness
Tiffany has 10 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Youth Fitness and Spinning Instructor. Tiffany also works as a dance teacher at 2 studios in the Concord area with a specialty in Hip Hop. Tiffany's main approach to training is focusing on each person as an individual.
Tiffany also is a marathon runner and has competed in fitness/figure shows. She has also coached figure competitors and bodybuilders with their routines and diet, and is a freelance choreographer for fitness competitors and cheerleading teams.
Tiffany is a mother of 4 children and knows what it's like to work health and wellness into busy lifestyles.

Maryellen Jancsy
Specialist in Resistance, Stretching Fitness
Maryellen Jancsy joined Brian’s Fitness in March, 2008. With her she brings a set of interesting and diverse fitness experiences to our team. She has taught group strength and balance fitness classes at all levels including older adults for five years, Yoga for two years, and has performed personal training since 2002.
She has also directed the fitness program at a large health club for three years. She was certified as a Personal Trainer by NIEDA in 2002, and ACE in 2007. She holds a 4th degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and has been a Martial Arts instructor at Body Works Martial Arts since 1999. She will be completing her degree in Exercise Science in 2008.
Maryellen’s interest in designing customized fitness programs for clients with particular goals aligns well with the Brian’s Fitness philosophy. She welcomes all individuals of all fitness levels who are seeking a way to enhance their fitness, and improve their functional capability.

Erin McMyne
Specialist in Fitness
Erin McMyne is the owner of Good Health is a Habit, TM, a fitness and nutrition business based out of Concord, NH. Erin is a certified Fitness Trainer as well as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. She also holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and M.Ed., both from the University of New Hampshire.
Erin is an avid athlete, continuously competing in road races, snowshoe races and triathlons. She understands what it takes to eat properly and build a strong body.
Erin has experience working with a variety of clients from young athletes, to those who are overweight to older adult populations. No matter who the client is Erin recognizes that to be successful in achieving and maintaining good health, it is all about creating good habits. She will work with you to set and achieve healthy goals one step at a time. With her professional support you will gain a new sense of appreciation for yourself and what you are capable of accomplishing-both mentally and physically!

Terry
Starting as a client seven years ago, Terry left a career as a Registered Nurse to pursue her true passion of helping people look and feel great. Terry is a certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM (National Academy Of Sports Medicine). Terry is also a license Massage therapist. She is passionate about helping people maximize their potential and achieve their goals. Most Importantly she believes fitness should be fun!
