Adult Program
Our Small Group Adult Sessions are designed for active adults looking for a challenging training program. The
Adult program is designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 60-90 minute movement-based sessions.
No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and educational, which is unique compared to a traditional
gym-based workout. The result is an increase in fitness
as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.
Athletes Training
Get faster, stronger, more explosive and improve agility.
You will work on every area of becoming a better athlete from mobility and flexibility and activation, gaining power
and strength and speed. You will increase your stamina
with conditioning programs designed specifically for
athletes, the groups are limited to 6 athletes.

TPI - Golf Training
Golf fitness - designed and taught by Titleist Performance Institute certified strength coaches. You will first need to sign up for and be taken through a thorough screening designed by TPI. Next we will help you gain mobility and flexibility, power and balance based on your screening which will help you improve your swing and add distance to your drives.
ACL Prevention
We designed this class because of the demand for acl injury prevention in young athletes. You will learn how to jump and land properly and move more efficently. You will strengthen the correct muscles to make sure you are less likely to get any kind of knee injury and play with confidence even if you've already had acl surgery.
Speed & Agility
Every sport is about speed and agility. This class is designed by certified strength and conditioning specialists to help you increase your speed and agility through learning proper
form and explosive power to help you become the fastest athlete you can be. We will use the vertimax and agility ladder along with sleds and teach proper form to get you faster and more agile.

Triathlon Training
This program will take your triathlon performance to the next level, through two weekly 60 minute sessions designed to improve triathlon specific strength, power, and running technique. This periodized conditioning program will result in injury prevention, and increased force output of key muscle groups involved in swimming, cycling and running. Gearing your foundation up for your best season yet!
Team Training
The Athlete Training Center is the proud conditioning center for the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs Concord High School Hockey team and Express Soccer. Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout
that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams. Training sessions are typically conducted at the center and/or at the team's training facility and focus primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development. Team Training programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball strengthening, bodyweight resisted power development, energy system development, and speed ratios that apply directly to specific sports demands.
