Below is a schedule indicating times and days sessions are available to athletes. To register and sign-up as an individual or as a group please call 603.738.5579 or email at brian1.1fitness@comcast.net

Express soccer player? Mention you play

Adult Session Times: August 25th - November 1st
Option 1:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions start at 5:30 am Option 2:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday sessions start at 9:00 am
Option 3:
Wednesday and
Friday sessions start at 5:30 pm


Student Session Times: Aug. 25th - Nov. 1st
To get the best results and improvement
in your athletic preformance.

Sessions start at 3:15 pm, 3:45 pm, 4:15pm, 6:45 pm

Option 1:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Option 2:
Tuesday, Thursday
and Saturday
Option 3:
Saturday sessions start at 9 am


Football Only Sessions Times:
To get the best results and improvement
in your speed and agility only.

Combine training, prepare for combine and get noticed we will train for events at the combine so you can stand out to the coaches, next event December 6th in Mansfield MA


A groups consist of 6 athletes

Discounts are available for groups of 6 if they 
   register together

Other times of day are available upon request & availability


Sessions run approximately 1 - 1.5 hours
