Programs run 1hr 30 mins - 1 hr 45mins. Dependent of the in-season or pre-season athlete (2 or 3 times a week)
We offer regular time slots to athletes who recognize the benefits of being coached and who want an edge over their competition. Team or group coaching is also available.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel for reasons other than illness,
we require a 24-hour notice. Your workout should be rescheduled and completed within the same week as the cancellation.
If you must cancel your workout[s] because of travel, you can add one extra workout to your schedule prior to your travel and one workout upon your return. This solution will help you to reach your goals and will guarantee your preferred time slot.
Running Late?
Getting and staying fit are a priority for you or you wouldn't be here. The schedule is arranged to provide a 10- minute preperation time for each client. If you are late, you end up with less of a training session and will not realize the benefits
of the workout, fully. We encourage prompt arrival for all appointments to avoid this.
